What’s included with each cottage?

The following consumable supplies are to help get you started on your vacation. We provide the starter pack, additional supplies are the responsibility of the guest.

• 1 starter roll of toilet paper plus a 2 spare rolls in each bathroom

• 1 roll of paper towel in the kitchen

• 1 garbage bag in each waste can (plus a few spare kitchen garbage bags under the sink)

• 1 hand soap per sink

• 1 liquid dish soap in kitchen

• 1 new dish sponge in kitchen

• Bath towels

• Bedding
  

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 4pm and check out is 10am.

What is your cancelation policy?

We understand that life happens and things come up that may impact your vacation plans. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to check-in you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days before check-in

Do you offer boat rental?

We do not offer boat rental. However, we welcome you to either bring your own boat and dock it at Brookside or rent from one of the local water sport rental companies. Please notify us if you plan on renting or bringing your boat with you. Kayaks, canoes and paddle boats are provided free of charge.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes! We have 1 pet friendly cottage on our property. Check here for availability. We allow friendly, leashed dogs on our property. Please clean up after them. No swimming in the pool, but the lake and creek are great spots for them to cool off! As always, service animals stay for free.
